Our community is so incredibly giving!

There are so many ways residents of Sonoma County, Napa County, and beyond are coming together to take care of each other, and keep our spirits up.

We wanted to start a central place for this information here, and will happily add to it as we hear about more. Please keep us posted on new events for information by emailing news@hollyhansenpr.com.

Benefits: Sonoma County Resilience Fund

Where: Notre Vue Winery 11010 Estate Lane, Windsor, CA

When: Thursday, October 26, 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Gerard’s Paella and Notre Vue Wines. Accepting donations, and hosting a silent auction. Extra 5% off wine order when you make a donation.

Benefits: Fill the Boot, RCU North Bay Fire Relief Fund, Go Fund a Hero, Redwood Empire Food Bank

When: Friday, October 27, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Location: St. Florian’s Brewery- 7704 Bell Road, Windsor

Costumes optional! Live music from The Tens. Porto Burger Food Truck.

Food Drive - to benefit Redwood Empire Food Bank: nonperishables only, no glass please. Especially seeking ready-to-eat foods, easy to open and eat.

Family friendly. Outdoor show. 10 beers on tap, plus rootbeer. No cover (voluntary contribution, in lieu of cover, very appreciated & will be donated to Fill the Boot).

Santa Rosa Veteran’s Memorial Building- 1351 Maple Avenue, Santa Rosa

When: dinner offered between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Free meals for anyone who wants to take them home and share with family and friends

Prepared by Bay Area and local chefs- including Traci DesJardin, John Stewart & Duskie Estes from Zazu, Guy Fieri, Kyle Connaughton- Single Thread, Josh Silvers-Jackson’s Bar & Oven, and more.

Heritage Turkey Sunday Supper

This event scheduled for Sunday, October 29, has been cancelled due to the impacts of the North Bay wildfires. Thankfully, all of the 4-H Heritage Turkey producers and their families are safe, as are the participating chefs. However, many of those involved in all aspects of the event have suffered losses. Ticket holders may choose to be refunded (Eventbrite processing fees will also be refunded), or to donate the price of ticket purchase to one of the following nonprofits: Team Rubicon Unites the skills and experiences of military veterans with first responders to rapidly deploy emergency response teams. North Bay Organizing Project This group help people who work in our fields, grow and pick our food, and who are suffering because of loss of work and fear, if they are undocumented, asking for help You may still purchase a Heritage Turkey for your holiday table and help support the 4-H Heritage Turkey Project .

They have made a $10,000 initial contribution and are now matching up to $25,000.

When: Friday, October 27, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Location: Corner 103- 103 W. Napa Street, Sonoma

Give thanks and share gratitude with our #SonomaStrong community and the first responders in the wake of the wildfires that impacted Sonoma Counties. Come share Corner 103 wine, light bites, big hugs, and your stories. 25% of all wine sales from the evening will be donated to the Rotary of Sonoma Valley's #SonomaStrong campaign and the North Bay Fire Relief Fund operated by Redwood Credit Union.

Molsberry’s Market

Location: 522 Larkfield Center, Santa Rosa, CA

When: Saturday, October 28, time: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Molsberry’s team will be grilling up Harris Ranch Burgers, and other goodies. All proceeds will benefit local residents affected by fires.

-The whole shopping center has plans to be involved with this event.

Benefits: UndocuFund for Fire Relief in Sonoma County and CLG’s Reconstruction Works Program, which trains day laborers in skills that are essential to rebuilding.

When: Saturday, October 28, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Raffle, Live Auction, Dinner

Tickets: $40-$100

Help provide direct financial support to immigrant families who lost their homes. Many community groups and businesses coming together for this event, including:

Offering a Grief and Recovery yoga class.

$5 admission plus optional donation to RCU Fire Relief Fund.

Sonoma Strong! A Benefit Concert at the Village

Benefits: Redwood Empire Food Bank, and RCU North Bay Fire Fund

Where: Montgomery Village, 911 Village Court, Santa Rosa

When: Sunday, November 5th, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Three Bands— Pride & Joy (headliner), Gator Nation and Poyntlyss Sisters. Pete Stringfellow will play his Santa Rosa song.

David Codding matching up to $50,000 raised during the concert.

Raffles, silent auction, firefighters collecting donations.

Restaurants within the shopping center are being asked to open food stations, and donate proceeds to the Food Bank and RCU North Bay Fire Fund:

Cattlemen’s Steak HouseHarris Ranch Beef is driving up from - Central Valley with their large grills, donating beef for the event, and grilling up Tri-Tip for Sandwiches.

Tomatina is offering personal pizzas.

Emily’s are offering a boxed sandwich or salad.

When: Friday, November 10, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Location: Gravenstein Grill- 8050 Bodega Avenue, Sebastopol

Cost: Suggested $100 donation

Tickets will include passed appetizers, wine, beer, & cocktails for the duration of the event. This will take place in the main dining room & banquet room of the restaurant. At the event will also be live & silent auctions with 100% of the proceeds going to the relief fund.

Benefits: Tipping Point Emergency Relief Fund & Restaurants Care

When: Sunday, November 19, 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Location: Ferry Building Marketplace, San Francisco

Tickets are $129.73, and VIP ticket is $201.84

The ChefsGiving gala, hosted by Leslie Sbrocco (KQED Check Please) & Liam Mayclem (KCBS Foodie Chap) is a fundraiser at San Francisco’s iconic Ferry Building Marketplace. The gala includes a cocktail reception from San Francisco’s leading bartenders, 50 wine tables featuring great wines from around the world (about 200 individual wines to choose from!) all coming out to support their friends and colleagues in the North Bay. Bites will be provided by Ferry Building restaurants and chefs. The gala will feature an over the top live auction with chef dinners and wine experiences you won’t want to miss, and much more!
