Founder and Lead Account Executive
Prior to founding her own PR firm in 2008, Holly was a professional chef, served on the editorial staff of Wine X magazine, and served as VP of media relations for a New York and Sonoma County based PR agency for ten years. She has well-established connections with members of trade and consumer media, both traditional and online, as well as with top chefs, restaurateurs, and specialty food and wine distributors and retailers nationwide.
As a PR and communications professional Holly’s experience spans the globe with international food and wine companies and trade associations including Boundary Bend and Cobram Estate Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oils, Olive Oil from Spain, Cheese from Spain, FIAB (the Spanish Food & Beverage Association), the Catalan Wine Association, Aecovi-Jerez Sherry, the Prosecco Consorzio of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene, Italy, Scott Street Portfolio of Australian Wines, Scharffen Berger Chocolate Maker, and Lundberg Family Farms. She has also worked with designer Philippe Starck, award- winning author Bruce Aidells, and renowned chef José Andrés.
Closer to home, the San Francisco Bay Area native has represented acclaimed Sonoma County restaurateurs Mark and Terri Stark, owners of Stark Reality Restaurants, since 2009, has worked with Sonoma County Tourism creating itineraries for visiting journalists showcasing the best of the county; oversees communications for Sonoma County Farm Trails and its famous Gravenstein Apple Fair, and serves as the Community Outreach Coordinator for her beloved hometown of Sebastopol.
Head of Office Operations
Michelle, a San Francisco Bay Area native, has spent the last 15 years working in office administration and operations for organizations in Massachusetts, Kentucky, and Louisiana. She recently returned home to California from New Orleans, LA where she spent the last four years as the Development Operations Manager at Audubon Nature Institute. Michelle has a Master of Fine Art in Photography and a passion for documenting architecture, travel, and culture.
