Holly Hansen
Principal

Before founding her own firm in 2008, Holly was vice president of media relations for a Manhattan and Santa Rosa-based public relations agency for ten years. In that capacity, she represented international food and wine companies and trade associations including Olive Oil from Spain; the Prosecco Consorzio of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene, Italy; Scharffen Berger Chocolate Maker; Scott Street Portfolio of Australian Wines; and Lundberg Family Farms (the largest producer of organic brown rice in the US). She has also represented designer Philippe Starck,and award- winning authors Bruce Aidells, Anya von Bremzen and Rozanne Gold, among many others.

Prior to her public relations career, Holly was a professional chef and served on the editorial staff of Wine X magazine. She has well-established connections with members of trade and consumer media, both traditional and online, as well as top chefs, restaurateurs, distributors and retailers nationwide.

Holly is a current or past member of a number of professional associations including:

• Toastmasters International
• Women Chefs and Restaurateurs

Stephanie Moore

A recent graduate of Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo, Stephanie earned her degree in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations. We're pretty sure that Stephanie can excel at just about anything we throw at her, but her main responsibilities include traditional and new media communications, research and copywriting, and overall project management...and nobody can crank out out a press release faster or more accurately.
