The Big Picture: The PR world is changing rapidly. With the daily demise of one publication after another, surviving journalists are more often freelancers and/or bloggers, and have tighter deadlines and heavier workloads. It is no longer enough to create only outbound messaging and hope that someone will take notice (not that it was ever truly that easy). An inbound messaging strategycreating content that draws media, influencers and groups of customers in to you, most frequently through your website--- is absolutely necessary in conjunction with traditional outreach.
